Parking-payment.com was appointed to provide a web engine for Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Payments. Aflex provided the specification and implementation of the engine and the design of the payment portal. This resulted in a portal for online parking payments that can be applied to any kind of online payment services as the solution can be tailored to any clients specific payment requirements. Through the use of proven and secure technologies, Aflex have developed a site that people are comfortable using on a day-to-day basis and this has helped to establish our client as the leading provider of electronically-delivered parking service payment solutions in the UK.

The specification included an administration application for content management of the site, plus administration of the payment records. Aflex worked with Barclaycard Merchant Services, which provides e-banking processing, plus Verisign and BT Trustwise for 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, in order to provide the highest levels of quality and security.
